New home owner here in Raymond. My first fuel delivery was with a company that my employer is associated with. I thought I was getting the hookup without shopping the market. I was wrong. That lead me to post in a Facebook page asking for recommendations. The love and support for FUEL NRG was overwhelming. The owner even reached out to me on Facebook messenger. Now that is NEXT level. I ended up calling. Elizabeth at the home office is a rockstar! She is extremely pleasant and helpful. She got me set up for my system to be serviced. Mike came to service my furnace. Yet again, another employee with a great attitude and extremely knowledgable. He serviced my system and answered many questions I had about possible future plans for my multifamily heating. THANK YOU NRG! My Wife and I run our own real estate team and we will be throwing your name out there whenever the opportunity presents itself. Great service and competitive pricing on oil.

When my central air system decided to start misbehaving at a very inopportune time this summer, I contacted NRG. The technician arrived within a couple of hours. He was courteous and professional. He took his time to properly diagnose the problem, explaining to me every step of the process and then recommending and implementing the most cost effective solution. I am very pleased with my first experience with NRG and without a doubt, will use them for my heating and cooling needs moving forward.
