What truly sets them apart is their expert guidance. When I needed an upgrade to my furnace, Anthony Gullifa asssessed my requirements and made a recommendation. It's been over a year and the new burner/furnace has saved me money$$$. Recently, I also needed an oil tank replacement (30 years and rusting), I again trusted his advise. The oil tank installation crew, led by Will Galvin, was phenomenal. They arrived on time, worked with incredible efficiency, and left the workspaces spotless. It is rare to find a company where from sales, front office (thank you to both Sarah and Barbara) and the field service crew operates with such integrity. I moved to Reading MA recently and reached out to Stoneham Fuel for an oil delivery. After inspecting the furnace and oil tank, it was determined that the oil tank needed replacement. In order to replace the old one, only 25 gallons could be delivered, to avoid a potential leak of oil. Once the tank came in, they came out this past Saturday. It was in the single digits, but they were determined to replace the tank and remove the old one, before one of the biggest snow storms expected in four years. With 12-24 inches of snow expected and wind chills well below 10-15 degrees, they completed the job after approximately six hours. As I write this, my son, daughter in law, my two year old granddaughter and myself are warm and watching the snow fall. The crew of guys that installed the tank, to the office staff are above and beyond professional and we are forever grateful for the service provided to my family during this winter storm.
