A homeowner in Billerica wrote in May 2026 that the beds had been edged and the mulch around shrubs and trees was a clear step up on the previous year's lawn service. Snow gets covered too — a Wakefield customer described a December 2025 visit after 0.3 inches fell, where the crew brushed off the walk, driveway and steps by hand and salted the front stairs rather than skipping the stop.
The more interesting work is the hardscape and fencing. Reviewers describe pavers and plantings, grading, a new front walkway and lamp post (2022), a retaining wall with edging and mulching (2023), a deck demolition and patio build (2024), and concrete installation with new landscape planting (2022). Fences come up again and again: a 2022 customer said other companies had called their tricky lot impossible or wanted a vinyl-and-chain-link mix, and this crew finished it as envisioned in about two and a half days. Two things are worth raising before you call. Pricing runs high by some customers' reckoning — a July 2026 reviewer said the price was above what they had hoped for, and a June 2025 one called it "on the higher end," both adding they thought it was worth it. And the one sharply negative account, from May 2025, is about getting to a quote at all: that homeowner was pursuing a 180-square-foot retaining wall, a paved walkway and stairs, and reported being stood up three times with no follow-up, never obtaining a basic quote, with only a single mowing visit completed.
Eight reviews have landed in the past six months, none negative, so the recent run is consistent. If you want a maintenance crew that shows up on schedule, or a hardscape and fence installer whose finished work customers keep photographing in words, this is a reasonable call — pin down the estimate appointment and the written quote up front, especially on a larger project.
