Fw Painting Design is a small Lynnfield, Massachusetts company built around its owner, Fábio Wetherbee — reviewers call him simply Fabio, and his name shows up in nearly every account of the work. The company's own site describes offering interior and exterior residential and commercial painting, carpentry and rot repair, and general handyman work, and the reviews back that up: this isn't a crew that only paints. Across 11 reviews from 2023 through early 2026, a few things repeat. One customer's project spanned exterior repairs and painting, interior painting, sanding hardwood floors, and installing a cable railing — work described as meticulous, with "smart ideas about how to repair the failings of an older house." Another had a full bathroom rebuilt, in a 2023 review: floors and tile, cabinetry, woodwork, wallboard and paint, electrical, and plumbing, with daily cleanup and regular updates on progress. A separate 2023 review said Fabio quoted a price that beat three other bids and stayed within a stated budget, with the crew showing up on time and leaving the site immaculate each day. A more recent review described the team's work on a kitchen remodel, and another said the crew "completely renovated" a house top to bottom. Several reviewers say they've used Fabio for more than one project over the years. For a homeowner who needs more than a coat of paint — a kitchen or bathroom pulled together, an older house's rot and carpentry issues sorted out, or a full room brought back to life — this is a company several repeat customers keep calling back for exactly that range of work.
