ProMaint LLC

ProMaint LLC works the North Shore out of Peabody, describing itself as a janitorial and maintenance outfit — deep cleaning and turnover cleaning for commercial properties, multifamily communities, and residential clients. Its four Google reviews, all 5 stars between late 2024 and mid-2026, tell two overlapping stories. One customer calls the team reliable and responsive, quick to communicate and handle issues as they come up. Two others, though, describe a specific painting job rather than cleaning — one praised the crew's attention to detail on a project that came out clean, neat, and exactly as wanted, and another hired them for a fast, reasonably priced paint job in a salon. Worth confirming up front which service you're booking — cleaning/janitorial or painting — since the reviews span both.
