The reviewer named Josh and Kyle as the workers, praised Kyle's cleanup, and said Kathy in the office helped patiently with plant choices. Shaun's estimate was described as reasonable. Another August customer said Sean visited the next day to discuss an entryway project, with a quote arriving within two days. Each part was priced separately so the customer could choose work to fit the budget; the reviewer also praised the accuracy of the projected start time and duration. Front steps and a new walkway brought a June 2026 customer to Galasso. That reviewer said the company came out the same day for a quote and finished within a week once work began, with Nate communicating and checking details onsite. Getting onto the schedule took a while, though, and communication before the project began was described as slow. A May customer reported a vinyl fence installation, punctual arrival and a clean yard afterward. In a March 2026 review, a customer said drainage work eliminated a water problem on time and within budget. An August 2025 customer described land reshaping that redirected water from beneath a cottage to a descending swale. In an April 2026 account, a customer said Sean Galasso promptly sent a worker to clear snow-covered furnace vent pipes; the same worker had also cleared the customer's walkway after snowstorms.
