Do we just let anyone on here ? No background checks or anything? Sad I have to use Google instead of the people at angis list he did the job but it took longer and all he did was give attitude and kept spending time messaging his friends not on break time. 1 star is being too kind
This guys so unprofessional he has to make a fake review to act like hes not unhinged and immediately comes off as unhinged. What total weirdo behavior. I will say my only issues is he was he showed up late to give me a quote and he was very argumentative when I asked why he was late that and then after the whole quote despite him being late and having a attitude he charged me for a quote which I guess says on this website however it was not the impression I got when I called on the phone. I got a way better quote than what he gave me and they didn?t charge at all unless work was done. I came here to write a review on my honest experience and to come here and see he?s claiming fake people are out to get him and how he?s threatening to fight the individuals for some one being accused of being short tempered and acting that way on here is poor etiquette.
Everything was all good until he started getting upset when he was removing shrubs he completely stopped doing the job and sat on his phone for 45 minutes before abruptly saying he had to leave because of some group chat. Not only that he was apparently upset they had stolen a Gatti landscaping T-shirt. It was absolutely chaotic he finished the job a day later than he said it would be over the issue not to mention the lack of experience if you look at the comments they say he?s been in business for over ten years and when asked about it he said it was just family and friends leaving positive feedback. If that?s your way of saying you?re a liar so be it. Regardless should stay off group chats and focus on work more. Not to mention doing a simple search does not turn the best results in name and image. I won?t say the worst I?ve dealt with but serious room for improvement
Thank you for your attention to this matter. Again three more fake reviews left by those who want to damage my reputation. Anyone who has ever had us work for them sees the effort and dedication we put into making sure we can continue being a small business service provider. I have never given a quote to “Markus C.” We have never provided any services for a “Mike O.” Nor have we ever had even a POTENTIAL client by the name of “Dave M.” To anyone who sees these, I hope you can see how ridiculous it is. We don’t use our phones on sites, we don’t give faulty quotes, and we don’t argue with our customers, it’s quite the opposite. You tell ME what you need, and we will do our best for you. I could start naming the real names of the individuals who keep doing this, but I rather not entertain them any further, they know what they’ve done, and I will personally sleep better at night, every night, knowing i help and care for those who need us. My family has been using Gatti Landscaping for a few years now, I would definitely recommend this company, they are reliable, dependable, and hard workers. Great customer service as well!
