I had someone from GEM come to my home for assistance with installing a ceiling fan only based on a postcard I received. "Free consultation " is a lie. The charges to tell me what was needed were not "free" and I didn't book with you for this reason. I absolutely need my HVAC serviced and will never hire you based on this
They was very professional and we very satisfied.
Made an appointment for mush needed maintenance on my furnace 3 weeks in advance. They call me the day before to cancel my appointment to service “other customers”. Then they offer me an appointment 2 months later! Extremely poor customer service.
Had two complete Central AC units replaced sevral weeks ago and had some questions about the hot water antifreeze attached to the system. i.e. the freeze temperature. Byron Gomez came out and explained how the Cryo-tech antifreeze should be measured. The test strips show both the freeze temperature and acid concentration. He explained that they balance the two neasurements and try to keep the acid as low as possible to avoid corrosion of the pipes. Excellent job of explaining how it works and how to measure. Very happy with his visit and feel comfortable that things will work correctly during the cold winter temperatures. Thanks again Matt Bodziony Berkley
