Our water heater stopped working and after calling several businesses, Turner promptly got back to us and was able to troubleshoot over the phone and then drop by that same day. After deciding that we needed a new heater, they had the unit on my door step by 8AM the next day and installed by mid morning. Great service and fair prices upfront.
