Matt Heller recently installed a new baseboard heating unit in our bathroom. The installation looks great and is so superior to the original work done by another worker. He's dependable, easy to work with, and did a great job. We'd highly recommend him.

Matt was great. I called early on a Sunday due to a mystery leak that caused a bit of water damage. He responded quickly, assessed the situation and was able to fix the issue in no time. Matt even made a few calls and referred me to a team that could come help clean up the water damage. He was reasonably priced and the only plumber I will work with going forward.

We had been referred to M.Heller by Columbus oil after we had flooding in our basement near our boiler and very low water pressure. Columbus didn’t believe it was a boiler issue and our usual well service company wasn’t responding to our voicemails on their emergency voicemail. It was a Sunday afternoon and Matt, the owner, very quickly responded to my text. Matt was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable throughout our interactions together. He spent a good amount of time, again on a Sunday afternoon, trying to trouble shoot on the phone with me. Even though I’m the one who typically signs the checks for utility service calls, as a woman it’s often the case where the technicians will not treat me with the same respect as my husband. What I mean is that technicians will ask questions of my husband rather than asking me even if I was the one handling the issue or even providing the basic greetings of telling me what their name is when they show up to my home. I did not have any of these issues when I was working with Matt. Matt left me feeling respected and heard. He made me feel that I was being treated like a customer equal to my husband in managing an issue with our home, which was refreshing. If I have plumbing issues in the future, I’d absolutely reach out to M.Heller Plumbing and would recommend friends and family do the same.

What an incredible experience we had with M. Heller plumbing & climate solutions. Last night one of our pipes burst thanks to New England weather and flooded our basement. I had to switch main water supply. I tried calling several emergency plumbing companies (local and around NE). My wife was away and she tried calling several as well but not much luck. Either they wanted an arm and a leg for the emergency services or couldn’t come for next couple of days. My wife reached out to Matt, from M. Heller plumbing & climate solutions. Despite schedule, Matt was able to stop by our house first thing today morning. He inspected the area, identified the problem. For us, it was huge relief as this issue was about to disrupt our whole week. I found Matt to be honest, and reasonable. Without a question, we would use his services in the future and would highly recommend him.
