I called Gene in need of a quick fix for two separate broken panes of glass. I already had a contractor over who told me this work would be complicated and extensive. Finally, I found Gene, who agreed to come by the very next day and was able to fix both panes of glass for me in less than 30 minutes. It was incredible. Gene will absolutely be my first call for any glass related issues in the future!

I rented a car to deliver a window for glass replacement, and upon arrival, I was quoted a different price than what was initially discussed over SMS. Although Gene eventually agreed on a price, after I handed over the window drove back home, he changed the amount again demanding more money or asking me to take the window back. I had already made a partial payment and spent an hour driving and delivering the window, so I was left with no choice but to pay the extra amount. The entire experience was very unprofessional and frustrating. Poor communication, lack of transparency, and terrible customer service — I would not recommend doing business with Gene.

Sunday 6AM my friend wakes up to a call from her alarm company, her retail store in Brookline was broken into. Nothing more devastating than that to a small business. We called Gene to get some pricing for the glass repair. We texted him a photo, and he was here in 25 minutes. The service was outstanding, and helped to make this unfortunate event not so painful. Thank you Gene! We will recommend you to all our friends!
