The thing with roofing is they basically solved the materials problem, the roofs themselves are basically all good for 30 years now, they managed to figure out how to get algae from growing on it as easily, etc.
I did not feel, and maybe someone can correct me, I'd love to learn, that there was any real differentiation between companies. There are 3 shingle manufacturers. They all sell the same tiers of product in the same colors.

It’s not often that you have a 100% positive experience from start to finish when dealing with a home contractor, but that was the case with our recent project.<br>We needed to replace a portion of our siding in order to spruce up the front of our house, so I called A&A for a quote. Eric took my call and he scheduled someone to come in out in just a few days. Sean, a long time employee, arrived on time. He took one look and immediately knew the brand and color of the siding that I needed to match. He listened to what I needed done, then made a few other minor suggestions that I hadn’t thought of and they made sense. I appreciate that he didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need.<br>He then wrote up a detailed quote and he explained it thoroughly with no pressure.<br>The office communicated when the job would begin and everyone arrived on time. The whole crew was very professional and friendly. Everyone worked hard and quickly and Sean and another checked on the progress throughout the day. Cleanup was thorough and all the debris was picked up the next morning. A&A did a wonderful job replacing our two storm doors. They were communicative throughout and very efficient, completing the job in one day! They even came by the next day to make sure the doors were working properly. Very happy with our new doors and with the excellent service we received from A&A!
