Three pine trees removed and the site cleaned up within one day: that was one customer's April 2015 account of General Tree Care. The East Falmouth business is based on Turner Road, and BBB names Mario Fernandes as its owner and reports 31 years in business. In that April 2015 Google review, the customer said Mario and his crew removed three pine trees behind their home, hauled away the wood and cleaned up within one day. They also described the price as relatively inexpensive. Another Google reviewer that month praised Mario for coming when promised, quoting a price, cutting down and chipping the trees, and removing the debris. An April 2020 Google reviewer had a different experience, calling the business "Very sloppy and unprofessional." BBB lists General Tree Care as unaccredited and gives it no rating because of insufficient information.
Very sloppy and unprofessional. You get what you pay for.
Mario is the best! Comes when he tells you he will, gives you a price and then cuts the trees down, chips them up and removes all the debris -- don't go anywhere else for tree cutting! A big plus is that his prices are VERY REASONABLE - you won't find a cheaper price anywhere!
Mario and his crew really know what they are doing. They cut down three pine trees behind my home and removed all the wood and cleaned up within one day. Plus they were relatively inexpensive. Would definitely recommend them!
