Velasquez Tree Service

Velasquez Tree Service handles tree removal and pruning, and one recent Google customer described the kind of job it gets called for: several large trees touching a house and garage, taken down with a crane while Carlos stayed on site to explain the plan. On Google it holds 4.9 stars from 199 ratings, and the Better Business Bureau grades it A+. A recent customer said the crew removed a dead tree tangled in the front-yard power lines and cleaned up the area afterward. One customer had mature trees pruned back from the house and a multi-stemmed pine taken down, with a standing wildlife snag left in place as that customer wanted. Selective pruning of trees above power lines drew praise from a recent customer, and one customer said the work went beyond the original plan but was billed at the price first agreed. A recent customer said Jason and his crew arrived promptly, trimmed and pruned several trees and left no debris. In a 2025 review, a customer said a tree leaning toward the house in a wind storm was handled on Easter Sunday, with the team coming out within the hour of the emergency call and spending 3 hours on it. A 2025 customer whose 80-foot pine fell in a snow storm said Carlos quoted hundreds less than other tree companies and sent proof of insurance with the quote. A 2024 customer said Carlos noticed other rotting trees during the job and asked whether they wanted those removed too. A 2025 Reddit commenter recommended Velasquez Tree Service, praising its reasonable rates and saying its cleanup compared well with a previous contractor's at the same location. One recent customer gave one star, saying the company confirmed a booking and then did not show up on the day.
