I scheduled a free estimate with Giordano’s, and Dave came out and explained all of my options and answer my questions. We decided to move forward with installing a ductless unit along with central AC throughout the home. The installation took two days. The team was on time, professional, and respectful of the house. They kept the work area clean as they moved through the project. Once everything was finished, they made sure both systems were working properly and took the time to show me how to use the thermostat and ductless remote. Overall, it was a smooth experience from the estimate through installation. I’ve already recommended Giordano’s to a family member and would gladly recommend them to others.

I hired this company to replace my furnace when it went out during cold weather. David scheduled me a month out, which I accepted, and I took a day off work for the install. The day before my appointment, I received a call from David that they have to cancel and pushed me back another 10 days, citing other jobs that came in. No heads up, no urgency, no consideration for the fact that I had already waited a month and arranged my schedule around their appointment. When I called David to ask for any accommodation, a sooner date, a small price reduction, I was told no and was essentially dismissed with the comment that I'm getting a furnace installed when it's hot, implying my situation didn't matter. Warm or not, nights were still dropping to 50 degrees. A furnace failure isn't a luxury repair, and a customer who waited patiently for a month deserves better than a last minute cancellation. I would not recommend this company.

I've used them for HVAC services in one of my homes in CT. They have always been professional, reliable and knowledgeable. I called recently and thought the furnace was out, turns out I am just cluless in construction/carpentry/HVAC and needed to change batteries in the thermostat, lol. ....but I will say it was hard to get off, I did make an attempt prior to calling but that was the recommendation 😅 once I called. I am glad they don't judge me... Ha! I still needed routine tune up service so they scheduled it promptly. I've always had a great experience. My water heater, air conditioner and furnace were replaced by them and maintenance by them over the past years... Dave is friendly and the others too. I like that I've become familiar with the techs, which can ease the stress of strangers coming to your property.......I've had to use them in a cold weather emergency once and they showed up and took care of it with no problem, they make it look easy but I am always stressed when it comes to this stuff !....So using them helps my stress go down.... So I will always use and highly recommend them to others... Thank you !

Giordano's Heating and air conditioning is as good as it gets. Dave came out the day after we called and gave a price on the following day. They removed the old systems installed all new high eff. They were in and out in one day. The basement was spotless when they finished. New 3 stage compressor 18 seer all new coils,ductwork furnace air cleaning Merv 16 filters new humidifier and filters. They set up in garage and made duct work that had to be custom fit. Wrapped all the duct and sealed. I can't say enough about the professional manner from start to finished. And the kicker is the systems that Dave suggested is a winner and the 1st year has saved over 50% in electrical and 35% less oil. The new thermostats are a dream. The comfort is 100 times better. They are the best. Can't express enough just how good and professional they are. You won't be unhappy with this co. They won't be the least expensive but you will get what you pay for in quality and professionalism at a more reasonable price. Pricing was better much better than we expected.
