Giorgio's Complete Cleanouts

Giorgio's Complete Cleanouts is a junk removal and cleanout business in Sudbury, MA. On its HomeAdvisor and Angi profiles it describes itself as having more than 15 years of experience and states a $175.00 minimum charge. In a 2026 Google review, Bob and his crew came to clean out a basement after a flood; they arrived on time and efficiently removed everything. A Realtor wrote in 2026 that they gave an estimate, showed up and "within an hour they solved my problems." In a 2025 review, a customer at the end of a move was told to text pictures of what was left, received a quote, paid an invoice online, and they also took a large piece left on the curb that was not in the pictures, for an extra fee the customer was happy to pay. In 2025, Giorgio removed the remaining items from a family's yard sale "quickly and at a minimal price." In a 2024 review, Bob came to a house, took careful note of what needed to move out and set expectations of what could be recycled, donated, or resold, then returned with a team that moved everything neatly and efficiently. A real estate team wrote in 2024 that Bob and his team had gotten rid of hazardous materials like paints and gasoline, as well as small engines like lawn mowers and snow blowers. In 2024, Bob and his team got a customer's mother's house ready for sale, and the project was "on time and on budget." The work goes beyond hauling. In a 2024 review, they installed replacement window panels on a sunporch, replaced a heavy wooden gate fence, built in a new kitchen island microwave and added a built-in sliding garbage can. A Sudbury realtor wrote in 2024 of using Bob for the last 10 years for cleanouts, handyman work and renovations. In a 2021 review of a final condo cleanout, clothing and books were donated and furniture and other sale-able items were taken to be auctioned, with the proceeds sent to the customer less the auction fee. Robert and his crew were paid by the hour, and the condo was left "broom clean." On price, a 2021 review called the service "excellent but too expensive," while a 2025 review described "reasonable pricing."
