Gladiators Moving is a one-person Massachusetts moving company — Vitalijus Goncarovas is the owner, the customer contact and, per the Better Business Bureau, the entire payroll. It does local moves, hauling, piano moving and storage, and it has been incorporated since May 2018. The six people who wrote about it liked it, and the words they chose repeat: prompt, efficient, respectful of your things. One customer writing in February 2020 said they had used the company three times; another that month described a couch and two chairs taken out quickly; a third, also February 2020, said the crew was already loading the truck when they got home after closing on a sale, and called the price fair. The most recent account, from May 2023, called them the best movers that customer had used. That is the catch worth stating plainly: five of the six accounts are from February and March 2020, and only one has been added since. It is a real, dated record rather than a missing one — but it describes how the company worked six years ago, not last month. A couple of details don't line up. The company's own directory blurb claims 'over 20 years of hands on experience' while the same page's highlights say nine years, and BBB dates the business to 2018. Angi and HomeAdvisor file it in Wakefield while BBB lists a Malden apartment. And its BBB page carries an A+ grade while stating the business is not BBB accredited — two separate facts that read as one. For a small local move, a single-item pickup, or a piano, this is a modestly-evidenced operator with consistent, if brief, praise behind it. Confirm the current base and crew size, ask what the quote covers, and check the Massachusetts DPU registration a household mover needs before booking.

They did a great job: professional, efficient and on time. Closed the sale and they were loading the truck when I got home. I would use them again. Very much appreciate that the move went so smoothly. Price was fair.

I've used them 3 times, they have always been very professional and polite. They are extremely respectful of everything! There are people who you come across in life that have to learn a trade and then there are people that have a gift, it is just second nature to them to use that knowledge they have been given to do their job extremely well, and that is how they are!! They truly care about helping you!
