Global Granite MA

Very helpful and many options

Luisa in the office was very helpful and suggested ideas and slab choices. I liked that the slabs were on-site for viewing, making it easier to select vein pattern. The install crews were great. They had to comeback for 4" backsplash install due to my error on wall, wasn't really level. They rescheduled and installed after repair was done. They confirmed all schedules with me so I was updated on status. Now just need to finish window trim and tile backsplash. Very happy with the product and with company overall.

As a repeat client who has worked with Global Granite on multiple properties over the years—spanning kitchens, bathrooms, backsplashes, and custom stonework—I cannot recommend them highly enough. Eliana Borgess is truly exceptional at what she does. She is wonderfully generous with her time, providing thorough consultations and guiding you through every detail to ensure a flawless result. For our latest kitchen project, we selected Calacatta Calore Quartz by Vadara. After a brief phone consultation where Eliana immediately grasped my design vision, my son and I walked into the showroom and she had already identified the perfect fit for my newly renovated kitchen, and also suggested that I use the quartz as a backsplash instead of tile which I am very happy without the outcome. Eliana’s expertise, keen design eye, and dedication to her clients consistently set her apart. The transformation speaks for itself—if I could give Eliana and the Global Granite team 10 stars, I would! We used Global Granite to replace all of the countertops in our kitchen, and I can't say enough good things about the entire experience. Luisa was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was incredibly nice, friendly, patient, and made the whole process easy for us. This was our first time tackling a countertop project like this on our own, and it was great having someone in our corner helping us through everything. Communication was excellent from beginning to end. They took the time to help us choose the best sections and cutouts from the stone for the different areas of our kitchen rather than just rushing through it. You could tell they genuinely cared about getting it right. The team that came out to measure was incredibly precise, and when installation day came, the installers were just as impressive. They were friendly, thorough, professional, and took the extra time to make sure everything looked right before they left. The best way I can describe Global Granite is that the entire team was just GOOD. Good people, good communication, and really good at what they do. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and would absolutely use them again. Check out the photos. The finished countertops speak for themselves!

From start to finish all went well. It was easy dealing with sales people and installers.
