"Went from unlivable to inhabitable." That is how a July 2026 customer described the full cleanout Standard Property Maintenance did on a house in very bad shape — clothes, bed and all — done, they wrote, perfectly, quickly and for a very fair price. Cleanouts come up again and again. A September 2026 reviewer had one done true to the original quote and finished quickly, and another July customer, whose tenant had accrued a lot of stuff, said the crew came right out and disposed of everything. The rest of the work is yard and exterior care. In August 2026 a homeowner ran through a single visit — trees pruned, garden beds edged, gutters cleaned, weeds removed. A July reviewer said the pressure washing came with soap, water and an actual scrub, then window frames, windows and a ceiling cleaned inside, the porch rug fixed and the stove scrubbed. The Pembroke company describes itself on its own site as a division of Movementum Realty, working the South Shore — Pembroke, Duxbury, Marshfield, Hingham, Norwell and neighboring towns — with junk removal, landscaping, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, sealcoating and handyman work, and it advertises free estimates. A July reviewer named Shawn as meticulous, dependable and very reasonably priced, and added that he can probably do things he doesn't list — just ask. This is the call for an estate or tenant cleanout, a yard reset, or the exterior wash you keep putting off; one customer has already had them back for a second job. Settle what the quote covers before the truck arrives, and confirm insurance for anything done off a ladder.
