In August 2023 a Google reviewer asking about a small home build got a timely reply quoting "$400-$500/psf," with "design fees and site work additional." The reviewer did not go ahead, and said Amelia told them GoLogic is "certainly not for everyone." In January 2023 an r/maine commenter cited the same per-square-foot range from the company's website, putting a home at $600k-$750k plus extras, and another r/maine commenter that month called it overpriced. GO Logic, based in Belfast, describes its GO Home line as customizable, predesigned, prefabricated homes built with off-site construction, alongside a newer LOGIC Home line, and says it has been in business 3 years. The Bangor Daily News has written about it as a Belfast builder of energy-efficient homes. In a November 2021 Google review, a customer said Alan and the team had been great to work with, and a May 2022 reviewer wrote "Nice economy houses." On Google it holds 4.4 stars from 14 ratings.

I had Cheyenne as my plumber.He was very professional and pleasant.He new what was wrong right away.Likely he had the replacement part with him So he didn't have to go back to the shop and get a new one.He had it fixed very quickly.I would recommend him highly.

Received a timely response that I would be looking at a "$400-$500/psf" price tag for a small home build, with "design fees and site work additional". I cannot comment on the quality of the product since I will not be working with them, but I can say I was disappointed that this company has a clear preference to serve a demographic that earns well above local AMI. Amelia assured me that GoLogic is "certainly not for everyone".
