This is a surprisingly great, very small company. We had several issues with our home, and spoke with the company leader, Timothy. He went over how his company would fix/correct each issue, possible contingencies that might occur and how they would be addressed, if needed, and Timothy provided a verbal estimate followed by a written quote. The pricing was very reasonable. We were impressed with scope and thoroughness of this, and contracted with his company to do all the work. Note: neither of the other two contractors who also quoted this job were even close to being as flexible, professional, detailed and thorough, and as understanding of our needs. Further, the pricing was very reasonable. Gold Standard Building and Construction did not disappoint us. The workmanship was absolutely top notch! Interactions with the company team were always great! We made some adjustments during the job, and there were no problems. The company paid a lot of attention to detail and to making sure there were no messes left behind. Also, when all was said and done, there was no way we could see where the repairs were made. Indeed, the quality of Gold Standard Building and Construction's work always at least met, and often exceeded the original quality of our home.

Tim did an outstanding job for us. He replaced a standard size microwave with a low-profile style, which meant additional tile was required. Workmanship was great. He was very clear on pricing and pointed out in advance that tile work might be necessary, since there was no way to tell until the old microwave was removed. I look forward to working with Tim on future projects.

Tim and his team helped us with multiple home renovations. Our biggest project with him so far was a kitchen renovation including changing the floor plan, removing a wall to enlarge our space. I couldn’t be happier with all the work they did! We now have our dream kitchen, with a beautiful and functional design. He only uses subcontractors he knows and all of the subcontractors he uses are just as professional as he is. Tim and his team even went above and beyond setting up a temporary kitchen space easing the pain of living without a kitchen tremendously! He and his team are all responsive, completed work within budget and timeframe, every time. Gold Standard Building will always be our “go to” for any projects we have.
