Tomasa Pujol - Golden Builder Construction<br>Did a FULL renovation on my condo. Wonderful job all around.<br>Updated the electricity, fuse boxes, lighting, and outlet covers, and so much more.<br>Plumbing fully redone and upgraded. Shower installed. Drains expanded. Kitchen sink, food disposal, new piping,<br>Plumbers stripped the walls, ceiling and even re-did the bath and shower cement foundation. A beautiful marble, glass, and stainless steel shower was installed. (marble tiling, stainless steel accessories, Glass siding, new toilet, new vanity, new mirror and accent lights, new frosted window, new walls, ceiling and floor.)<br>The kitchen - Ripped out cabinets, disposed of old stove, refrigerator, sink and counters, disposed of old window, and covered unsightly gas heating pipes. Installed new: walls, ceiling, floor, large cabinets, ranch style sink with garbage disposal, new premium quartz counter tops, installed gas stove / oven / range hood / microwave combo - stainless steel. Installed oversized refrigerator - also stainless steel. The lighting in the kitchen - installed accent lighting above from the ceiling and small accent lights above the counters and stove. installed subway tile and accent tile around the kitchen. repositioned the sink to make a better flow than previous configuration. also repositioned the stove to the middle of the kitchen as before it was crammed against the wall.<br>Window and door frames were all replaced. The Big, clunky rotten frames were all ripped out and replaced with modern clean frames.<br>All the doors in the unit were replaced as well. ( The main house door was refurbished and painted)<br>Flooring: replaced all the flooring in the kitchen, entryway, and bedroom with warm bamboo. eliminated the bezels between rooms except the kitchen which is raised slightly. installed a smooth bezel there. installed quartz and marble tile for the bathroom and shower floors.<br>carpenter installed a custom radiator cover for the main radiator and all the radiator piping in the house. It gives the whole house a refined look with no ugly old radiators showing.<br>A super practical and beautiful addition was: Eliminating a closet and replacing it with a small cabinet, shelving, and quartz bar top. installed a tasteful and practical Bartop / eating nook. also installed a decorative and useful hanging light to accent the shelving and bright quartz bar top. The bartop matches the countertops in the kitchen. Previously there was no space to eat in the apartment so this was essential in realizing a practical luxurious space.<br>The bedroom - ceiling, walls, and floor were ripped out. There is a new ceiling installed with all new electrical. The walls are new with updated electrical outlets as well.<br>The many outlets in the unit now make it easy to operate the many modern electronics we use. All the lighting is adjustable mood lighting. It ranges from warm night light to bright daylight and is all remote controlled.<br>tore out all the old windows and replaced with brand new windows. also added blinds throughout the house.

I honestly can not say enough great things about Tomasa and her crew. Before Golden Builder we had another contractor who was absolutely horrible and never finished the job on time and would leave for a couple days or even a week. When we found Tomasa through word of mouth, we gave her a shot. Her work is amazing and price is affordable. All of her crew are extremely friendly and work extremely fast. The first project was redoing our porch. Which was during the pandemic. My husband and I were amazed at how fast the job was done. Right before we found Tomasa, we were trying to find a new contractor and needed our porch redone desperately. No one had access to the wood. Then a friend of my husband mentioned Golden Builders. Since then, we have had Tomasa and her crew to do other projects. And same outcome, beautiful work. We are currently having our kitchen done over, which is a big project. And again, my husband and I are amazed at how fast everyone is working and the communication between everyone is perfection! Not to mention when we call her for something she always picks up or calls right back. Unlike our previous contractor. It has truly been stress free and so reassuring that we have found our lifetime contractor. I can not say enough great things about this company. Both my husband and I always recommended Golden Builder Construction to everyone.
