Caused 15k of damaged to my home. Asked how they wanted to figure the damages out and they told me to take them to court which I will be doing shortly, avoid at all costs. To answer the owner, yes, I did use your service and your company for my home in oxford. Don't try and play that nonsense pretending like I didnt hire you and retain your services. This is a true review from a customer whos house your team ruined and you still claim no fault, no worries our day in court will happen unless its resolved in a timely manor.

This cleaning company was supposed to come last Friday, but they called to say they couldn’t make it because they’d been in an accident—yet they still withdrew the money from our account. They later said they’d refund the money to our account and come on Monday, but when Monday came, they didn’t show up and didn’t answer our calls. So we had to call our bank to get the money refunded to our account. Update: The company later contacted us and claimed that they came and completed the cleaning. However, the service provided was absolutely not a professional cleaning. Only a very superficial job was done—just the floors and edges along the walls were partially cleaned, and nothing else was properly addressed. The rest of the house was essentially ignored. It is hard to even describe this as a ‘cleaning service.’ We find the $350 we paid to be completely unjustified for the level of service we received

Edited : We liked the service, but their team turned up the thermostat and in two days my oil ran out (we had over 1/4 tank that exact same day of the cleaning) , causing the house to freeze, breaking pipes and leaving a lot of damage. We contacted our plumber that same night and found out that they had used the thermostat without our permission. No one but us and them had had access to the house since we just bought it. To this day, they have not responded or offered any kind of apology. We have photographs and evidence of all the damage they caused. Most of the group that came to the house did not speak English, except for the person who asked us to post a review. Richard and his crew did an amazing job in our 140 years old house!! They took all the dirt out and we are in love with the result!! Highly recommended. Respond: no. We have receipts and all the bills and witness with us finding out your crew increased the thermostat making the house go to freeze. You guys haven’t answered to us. That happens right after your crew was there

If there was a zero I would do it. These people came over and did not fully finish the job. They did half a job. They scratched up my hardwood floors, broke a light fixture, and used a sand block I was using for painting my walls as a sponge to wash my dishes. All five star reviews has got to be a joke. I am here to warn you to stay away. I use to work for a hotel that would make us do five star reviews. As you can clearly see they revised their review two weeks ago and lied on many occasions to cover their butts. They did not complete the job we have videos and pictures to prove that if anyone needs them. They are now accusing my wife and I of lying and we do not appreciate that! If anyone needs videos of things such as the sanding blocks that I was using to paint the house and then was used to clean our dishes we took plenty of videos and pictures of that as well! They destroyed a lot of our dishes because of this. We do not appreciate the dishonesty.
