No customer has written a review on any platform we searched — not one, on either profile. BuildZoom lists an active Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration for the company. That is the directory's record rather than a verification, and worth checking yourself given how much of what they advertise is registrable work. One thing to note before calling: the Houzz page's description is a wall of near-duplicate marketing phrases — 'Bathroom Remodeler, Bathroom Remodeling, Modern Bathroom Remodeling, Complete Bathroom Remodel' and so on for about thirty entries — which tells you how the listing was written, not how the work is done. With no reviews to lean on, ask for the HIC registration number and check it with the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation, ask for a certificate of insurance, and ask for addresses of two or three recent jobs you can go look at.
