Good Life Energy Savers is an insulation company that says it has been in business 17 years, and the BBB describes it as whole-house insulators retrofitting older homes in Connecticut and New York. A customer said Frank and Kanye installed blown-in attic insulation and that Kanye wrapped the front door to keep fumes from the machinery out of the house. In Ridgefield, a customer said an energy assessment recommended insulation for the attic and basement, and that Frank and Dave completed the installation over two long days. A customer said Frank, Dave and Bill insulated the attic and the exterior and interior walls with blown-in cellulose, mostly from outside, and that the house felt warmer that same evening. A customer looking for sound dampening for a home office said Jeff explained the options and that Bill and Ellijah did the installation. A customer in an older house said David and Pedro spent a day on fixes during an energy evaluation, and that Frank and Dave then spent three days in the attic and basement and sealing the attached garage. A 2026 customer said Frank and Paul went over roof baffles and attic insulation work in the attic after finishing. A 2024 customer said a supervisor, Mike, came back and spent a day fixing caulking on an earlier air-sealing job free of charge. A recent customer gave one star after a foam job, saying the installers did not cover the ductwork in the attic. That customer said they found a can of beer in the bathroom cabinet the installers had asked to use, that no one called to schedule a visit, and that the manager later said the installers denied having beer in the house. A 2023 customer who spent over $10,000 on blown foam in the exterior walls said the foam was crumbling with sections missing, and that the company would not stand behind the work. A 2024 customer said the existing wall foam had lots of missing gaps. Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0624851, as active, held by Good Life Energy Savers.
βWas just assigned Good Life Energy Savers LLC and wondering if anyone here has had good or bad experiences with them.β
Easy process, great work and nice guys.
Frank and Niko were great very profession and pleasant explained everything really well. Did a great job cleaning up. I highly recommend them.
Frank and Kanye installed my blow-in attic insulation with a great deal of care. Frank made sure that anything he saw in the attic apart from the job that may need attention, such as missing caulking around an AC drip spout, was taken care of with a simple OK from me. Kanye carefully wrapped my front door to prevent fumes from the machinery and generator in my driveway from entering the house. They both put in a whole lot of hard work into this insulation job, and I greatly appreciate the extra effort.
We highly recommend Good Life Energy Savers. The entire process was seamless. Jeff was very professional and gave us a fair quote for the work we needed. The installers Frank and Hunter did a great job. They were both very professional and took pride in the quality of their work. Frank explained the process of installing the insulation in the walls and when finished they both did a great job with cleaning up. We were very pleased with their work.
Excellent experience with Good Life Energy Savers in Ridgefield, CT! We recently had an energy assessment completed, which recommended adding insulation to our attic and basement. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Jeff came out to evaluate the project and provided a fair and competitive proposal. Frank and Dave worked tirelessly over two long days to complete the installation. They were efficient, professional, and kept the work areas exceptionally clean throughout the process. The quality of their work and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Good Life Energy Savers to anyone looking to improve their home's energy efficiency.
