On a personal level, Charlie was extremely helpful in educating us in what we needed to look for when purchasing a piece of land. Complete with site visits and gathering of information. We can't wait for Goodman Construction to build our home!
Working with Goodman Construction was one of the best experiences of our lives. My wife Mollie and I always dreamed of building a home and Charlie and his team made our dream come true. The house was built on time and on budget. We kept adding in new ideas along the way and Charlie always made us feel heard but also gave it to us straight to make sure we did not make a silly decision. Any time we had a question he was available almost instantly. Charlie, Becky, Avery, Nate, Wilson, Jake, Adam, Jay and let’s not forget Charles the III!
