I recently had skirting put on my home. This was my first time dealing with a contractor, and it couldn't have been any easier or more straightforward. I was able to ask questions before signing the contract and during the project. The job was done right and quickly. He and his crew are the best. You will be in very good hands.
Lonnie and his team were wonderful. They fit me into their busy schedule for an emergency water line repair. I have a small hairs salon that works out of my house so the lack of water is an even bigger problem for us. They came the very next day, found the issue right away and had it fixed quickly. The communication was great and they left the site cleaned up and easy for us to move forward. I would definitely recommend these guys.
I enthusiastically recommend D & L Parker Property Services! Lonie and his crew did an excellent job fixing my septic system. Not only is the system in great shape; he cleaned up the mess and my yard. You'd never know anything was touched. Lonie is amazing to work with. He was very responsive by email and phone. He completed the job promptly and affordably. I could not be happier with the outcome.
Lonie came quickly and measured my building to replace all the siding with metal and replace 3 windows. His worker was there on schedule for the installation. They did an excellent job, but they only replaced 2 of the 3 windows. It was ordered but not put in. I'm not sure what happened. I was very happy with the rest of the installation.
I saw his work he did on a pavilion, so asked him to build my garage. They did a great job. Had him do some drainage around my house and then had them build my barn. I'm please with his work and they are both fun to be around and they work hard. Yes, I would have them work for me again
