Grady Property Services

We have used Grady Property Services for several years now starting with their fall and spring cleanup and leaf removal. We added lawn care services when my husband became disabled. We have been so pleased with the results of their work, the precision and attention to detail. This year the team has done an incredible job of dethatching large areas of our lawn and mature trees on our lawn, as well as removing vines that are overtaking our property. They trimmed small tree limbs and bushes. Their work is outstanding, they are easy to work with, and we couldn’t be more pleased. We highly recommend them.

I unfortunately cannot recommend Grady Property Services based on my experience. I hired this company for work on my property, and the project ultimately resulted in a dispute that required significant additional expense, time, and effort to resolve. The matter has now been settled between the parties. I am intentionally keeping this review limited to my personal experience and the facts I can speak to directly. Communication, the handling of concerns after the work was completed, and the process of reaching a resolution did not meet my expectations as a customer. Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone considering this company to make sure the full scope of work, specifications, expectations, costs, and the process for addressing problems are clearly documented in writing before work begins. I am relieved the matter is now concluded, but I would not personally hire this company again.

Had a wonderful experience with Grady Property Services, from. the initial contact to the execution of the product. They were thorough, good attention to detail, collaborated with us throughout the project, and have had an excellent outcome! Highly recommend them!
