Grassmaster Plus

I used Grassmaster Plus for mosquito and tick spray for one season in 2025. & was very dissatisfied for several reasons, as I will explain. On their 3rd visit, they never showed up, although I got billed & they left a sign like they were here. They NEVER came! I was home all day & have 3 dogs who would bark if someone entered my yard. I called with my concern, spoke to the owner, (F) who never apologized, but did send them out the next day. I decided I would not use them again, because of their lack of integrity. How can you trust a company that takes no responsibility for their lack of actions? I certainly can’t! Furthermore, their employees wear no protective gear, as they are spreading these poisonous chemicals. I think it reflects on their company as a whole, who don’t care about their staff or customers. Staff is not trained properly, & the company takes no pride in their work! How many times do they say they come out and are a no show? If I wasn’t home, I would never have known. This year they returned in April, unannounced & without any notification that they were coming. I decided that I was not going to be using this unethical company. I called them to say, I was not interested in their business & they said they automatically renew. I used a similar company for the past 10 years and never had an issue. I switched because Grasshopper plus was cheaper, you get what you pay for, including this company skipping visits, but still charging you! I now have heard from their collection agency, trying to collect the 79.00 dollars, for services never asked for, which I will not be paying for. FYI, anything under 500 dollars, does not affect your credit rating. I hesitated writing this review, however this company is awful & everyone should know. I would have given zero stars, if that was allowed.

Went out do give tech a few things I am concerned about gates and call aheads 30 minutes before because of dogs . He was absolutely very pleasant and understanding easy to talk to . Thanks Tony Bartolo

Since I switched to Grassmaster for my fertilization and lawn care, my lawn has never looked better. The technicians are knowledgeable, professional, and always recommend additional services when needed without being pushy. My lawn now looks like a golf course.
