During these discussions, he repeatedly pressed to add interior painting—including the walls and ceiling—to the contract, despite my clear statements that I planned to handle the painting myself. Later that same day, he sent a text message canceling the job entirely. While he may have positive reviews elsewhere, my experience showed a lack of professionalism and reliability. I would caution others to be mindful when booking services with him.
Harold is a true professional with an almost instant response to my inquiry. I called on a Wednesday with a ceiling failure, he came out gave me a fair price and by the next Wednesday the job was done and cleaned up. The entire ceiling one day. The crew was clean, polite, and quick. Beautiful job and Harold was on top of every detail. This led to job number two. Hallway ceilings first and second floor and the entire two story stairwell with horsehair plaster. Another nice job done in just two days. My 130 year old plaster has been revitalized not replaced. I am grateful there are still true craftspeople in the trade.

He called me every day, kept me updated, and made sure to encourage any questions or concerns. The work his team did was first rate, the price was fair, and I'm glad he had handed me his business card when we were both at the bank a few weeks back. Would highly recommend.
