A June 2026 Google reviewer had already been burned once: another gutter company replaced sections badly, promised to fix them, then stopped answering calls. Mike from Gutter Service of New England came out, offered a couple of options to save on costs, ordered the material and was on site two days later. The customer called the pricing more than fair. The Warwick, RI company says it was founded in 2009 by Michael Taraksian, who had spent 10 years in the gutter, gutter guard and roofing industry before launching it. Seamless gutters, gutter guards and gutter cleaning are what it lists, in aluminum, copper and other materials. It holds 4.7 from 143 ratings on Angi and on HomeAdvisor, and 5★ from 28 ratings on Google. Its Rhode Island home improvement contractor registration, GC-32555, is active. Its BBB grade is A+. The recent Google accounts are detailed. A September 2026 reviewer had gutters added to a home with a very complicated roof line, and wrote that Mike and Joe visited the site three times before settling on a plan. A June 2026 customer who could not be there watched the work through a son on FaceTime and said the result was exactly what they asked for. Older Angi reviews describe the same names: in a 2021 review, Ross quoted the job and explained the options and limitations, Michael installed the gutters in less time than quoted, and nothing leaked afterward. Two older complaints are mild. A 2020 Angi reviewer said installation came later than they were told, though the job was completed. In a 2018 review, a customer praised the technicians, Carl and Rick, but said issues over scheduling and pricing with other staff kept them from rating the company higher.
We could not be more PLEASED with the work that Mike and team did on our home, adding gutters to a home with a very complicated roof line. It came out better than we could have imagined. And Mike and Joe were terrific in support during every phase of the project, visiting the site three times before closing with us on a plan that worked out incredibly. We whole heartedly recommend!

Job quote was spot on for what I wanted. Once job was confirmed and accepted the response for timed completion was excellent. They were prompt on the day and even gracious to my son being a proxy via FaceTime for me to see the work in progress and at completion due to I couldn’t be there. Mike was great to work with. I previously hired another gutter company to replace gutter sections and they did a terrible job and although they said they would fix everything they never returned and stopped answering my calls. Mike came and looked at it and offered me a couple of different options to save me some costs. After we agreed on the fix, Mike ordered the material and was onsite two days later. The work looks outstanding and pricing was more than fair. I would highly recommend using GSNE to anyone who asks.
Michael is hands on and a great owner. His workmanship is quality and fair pricing on all the jobs he personally has done for me. Gutter install and gutter cleaning. A quality company and most importantly responsible and reliable.
