Gutter Masters of New England

Gutter Masters of New England is a gutter company: on its BBB profile it describes itself as specializing in residential and commercial gutter and gutter guard installation, including copper and historical gutter work. Its website claims 25 years in business. A recent Thumbtack customer said Jay was at their home 20 minutes after contacting them, quoted 35% below the first quote they had received, and the gutters were installed three days later. A recent customer said the quote came in lower than two others and everything, including gutter guards, was installed in an afternoon. A recent customer said Jay planned out the job with them, kept an open line of communication and repaired their gutters. A 2025 Google reviewer with a historic home said Jay found a way to install copper gutter guards around the hangers on the existing copper gutters, carving out tiny channels to accommodate them. A 2024 customer who described themselves as a licensed contractor said they hired Jay to replace the gutters on their house with copper. A 2020 Thumbtack reviewer described Jay as the owner and operator and said he personally performs the work with the support of an apprentice. A 2023 Google reviewer gave one star and said a contract signed in 2021 was still incomplete after two years of sporadic work, and that the company caused at least $30,000 in damage to their home. That 2023 reviewer said a thunderstorm flooded one of their rooms while the roof was being replaced, and that the company's lawyer sent a letter stating it intended to sever the contract.
