Serg and his team also cleaned up a commercial parking lot, meticulously and for a reasonable price. One customer wrote that Serg's response time was prompt from the first query through the design recommendation, the quote and completion, and that his plant and design recommendations suited the needs they had described. Another said Serg went above and beyond the quote at a fair price. In a 2024 review, Serg and a coworker planted new evergreen shrubs and removed old overgrown ones; a different 2024 customer said Serg designed their backyard, including a patio, pool and plant selections. In a 2025 Google review, a customer who originally gave five stars wrote that Serg pruned hydrangeas in summer, pruned a dwarf evergreen that then died within the year, planted weeds he thought were perennials, and miscalculated the river rock needed for the plant beds, costing thousands more than originally quoted.
