We had Greener Horizon Landscape Services build a custom fire pit area in our backyard, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience or the final result. Before choosing them, I had consulted with quite a few different contractors and received several quotes. One thing that immediately stood out about Greener Horizon was that they actually listened to what I wanted. I already had a specific design and vision in mind, and rather than trying to convince me to simplify it or change it into something that would be easier for them to build, they basically said, “Yes, we can build that.” That gave me a lot of confidence in choosing them. The entire process from there was incredibly professional and transparent. Communication was excellent throughout the project. I was kept informed constantly about the progress, and even if something as simple as a rain delay came up, they proactively reached out and let me know what was happening. I was equally impressed with the four-man crew who worked on the project every day. At the end of each day, they cleaned the entire work area, blew away debris, and left everything around the project neat and tidy. What really impressed me was that they did this even when they knew they were coming right back the following morning to continue construction. It would have been very easy to leave the job site messy until the project was finished, but they never did. That attention to detail says a lot about how professionally they operate. Most importantly, they executed our original vision beautifully. What we had imagined for the backyard is essentially what they built, and the finished fire pit area came out exactly the way we hoped it would. From the initial consultation through the final cleanup, Greener Horizon was transparent, communicative, respectful of our design, and extremely professional. I would absolutely work with them again and highly recommend them to anyone considering a landscaping or hardscaping project.

We needed to replace our 20-year-old stamped concrete walkway, and Greener Horizon did an amazing job throughout the entire process. Mike Quirk is awesome at landscape design and walked us through everything. He was extremely helpful with the layout, answering all of our questions, and even showing us how we could save some of our existing plantings. The entire project was completed exactly on time and on budget. Mike's crew (including Dan) was equally amazing—they were friendly, neat, clean, and kept us informed every step of the way. Greener Horizons did a large project at our home. Super professional. Mike was really great, very patient and worked with us to adjust the project several times as we narrowed down what we wanted. Dan the site leader was fantastic. Very professional and respectful. Dan identified a small issue with water in a location that would be underneath a future patio that he definitely could have just pretended to ignore and not said anything to just move on and finish the project but made sure to let us and Mike know and they were able to fix it before putting the patio down. Rachel in the office was always helpful and responsive during the entire project duration. Would definitely recommend and use again.

We just hired Greener Horizon for this season and have been so impressed with them. Their communication is outstanding. They respond to any question immediately and all of their staff have been professional, courteous and willing to do what ever it takes to achieve our desires for our landscaping.
