We consulted Green Home Solutions for an Aprilaire dehumidifier (the only local distributor we could find for this brand)for our basement. Chris L. Came out to the house and looked at the basement in order to recommend the appropriate size, placement, and drainage location for the dehumidifier. We were very impressed with Chris's knowledge (he even took off his work boots to walk across our floor to get to the basement stairs!!!). The ordering process and installation went smoothly. He stayed to explain the newly installed equipment and how to care for it. His technician even used his cellphone light to provide additional light as Chris pointed out different aspects of the equipment. All an excellent experience.
