An irrigation zone that two other companies could not repair was fixed quickly by Teddy at Green Land, according to a January 2026 customer review. The same customer added a June 2026 update describing a return project: replacement stonework for a walkway and portico landing, retaining-wall repair and sealing, a small French drain, and spring cleanup with mulch and edging. The homeowner praised the crew's work and cleanup on both visits. Green Land Landscape & Masonry is based on Camp Street in West Yarmouth. Its website describes a Cape Cod business offering lawn care, lawn maintenance, irrigation and masonry. Its Angi profile says Spanish is spoken and lists free estimates and seven years of experience as the business's own claims. Google lists five stars from 11 ratings. An April 2026 customer praised listening to their needs and cleaning up afterward. Older reviews give some detail about how jobs were handled: in January 2026, one customer said Roosevelt, also called Teddy, personally supervised each job and worked through scope and cost with them. Another January customer praised the punctual crew and pricing for front-yard work; a separate reviewer praised landscaping and stonework. The customer history reaches back to 2020. An October 2020 Angi reviewer described removal of seven trees and said the crew worked on Sunday. The more recent January 2026 irrigation account and its June update describe both planting-bed maintenance and masonry repairs for the same homeowner.
They did an excellent job, and listened to what i needed, friendly and cleaned up after.. i will use them again!!!
Great experience - professional, on time, and excellent quality work. Highly recommend!
Great job on the landscaping and stone work. Very reliable and professional. I will definitely hire them again.
Great service, professional team and work was finished flawlessly.
Teddy at Greenland Landscaping quickly repaired a zone in my irrigation system that was previously broken by another landscaping company when they were grinding stumps for me. Two other companies could not figure out how to repair this zone. Teddy at Greenland knew how to tackle this issue immediately and it was fixed very quickly. I look forward to using Greenland for my future landscaping needs. Update June 2026... This is my second time using Greenland Landscaping for a major project. Teddy and his crew once again exceeded my expectations by completely transformed our entryway by replacing the stonework for our walkway and portico landing. The craftsmanship is beautiful and adds so much curb appeal to our home. In addition to the masonry work, they also tackled some much-needed property maintenance. They did a flawless job with our retaining wall repair/sealing, and added a small french drain to help with a small drainage issue. His crew also took care of our spring cleanup with fresh mulching and crisp, clean edging work along the garden beds. Just like our first project with them, the crew was professional, efficient, and left the property spotless. If you need a reliable team for both heavy hardscaping and detailed landscaping, I once again highly recommend Greenland!
