The volume here is unusual for a tree company — 104 reviews dating back to 2015, the large majority five stars on both Google (4.9 stars from 102 ratings) and HomeAdvisor (4.8 stars from 64). The specifics repeat across years: precise removals of large trees tangled in power lines or crowded right up against a house, careful protection of gardens and specialty plantings during the work, and clients who say they've used Treescapes multiple times over five-plus years. One 2025 reviewer, after years of using them, said a downed tree got handled the same day it fell; another called the arborist "as cool as a cucumber" while working close to the house. A Better Business Bureau A+ grade backs that reputation up. The record isn't spotless. A 2024 HomeAdvisor review describes a signed-contract job where the crew cut half a tree, then said they wouldn't finish unless paid double — leaving the tree half-cut and the lawn damaged when the homeowner refused.
