Customers name Reggie (also written Reg or Regi) as the person who quotes and runs the jobs, with crew leads named Anderson and Wanderson in some reviews. Its written reviews run from 2022 to October 2025. In an October 2025 review, a customer who had gathered 4-5 quotes said Maciel's was the most fair and detailed about why it cost what it did, and that the crew showed up early and worked late into the evening on two paver projects. Another October 2025 reviewer had hired them a few years earlier for a retaining wall and brought them back for a granite stair project. In a March 2024 review, a couple said Anderson's crew took away the old retaining wall, installed the new one, and restored the driveway and lawn behind it without being asked. A September 2023 customer described major renovations to a concrete driveway, a second driveway connected to it, a leveled garage base and a footpath, adding that Regi will not nickel and dime you. In an October 2022 review, a customer said Reggie came back two days after the job, and again after 30 days, to check the work. In a June 2024 review, a customer said the company quoted to offload a swim spa and extend a patio for it, its equipment broke down the day before delivery, the customer was left with a 2,200 lb spa to unload, and then heard nothing back about the patio extension.
