The company says it is a Viessmann recommended installer and points to Viessmann's Best New Partner award in 2009 and Best Partner Overall in 2011 and 2012; it also describes itself as an NSTAR Gas/Eversource recommended installer. The written history is short and consistent. In July 2026 a customer of nearly two decades described a new Viessmann furnace and water heater that cut their heating bills in half, plus a water filtration system and a pump-up system for a downstairs lavatory. Two 2023 reviews tell the same story from the other side: one homeowner had a technician named Will out three times to redo work another plumber had botched; another came to them after paying someone else to misdiagnose a boiler. Being the shop people call second, after the first one got it wrong, is the through-line. Its BBB page is an A+, accredited since December 2008, and publishes no complaints or government actions. Two things to weigh. Only three Google comments exist, spanning 2023 to 2026, and Google's overall 4.2 average across 14 ratings sits below every one of those written 5★ reviews — some people rated them lower without saying why. And this is a two-person operation, which matters if you are scheduling a whole-house system swap against a deadline. If the job is a boiler that should have been replaced two winters ago, or an oil system you want converted to gas, this is the shape of shop that fits — small, long-established, and used to being called in to clean up someone else's diagnosis. Ask for the licence details and get the replacement scope in writing before the work starts.
