Gregory's Disposal, Inc - Transfer Station

Gregory's Disposal is a trash hauler whose website says it has offered weekly pick-ups and dumpster services throughout Central Maine since 1987. A Waterville customer said the family switched to Gregory's about two years ago for very little more than they had been paying for the purple bags Waterville requires. A customer who has monthly pickup said that when a trash bag broke in the driveway during pickup, they took the time to pick everything up. A 2025 reviewer wrote that after a holiday mix-up left residents upset, Gregory's did a double run in one day. Dumpster service is where the complaints sit. A customer said their trash had not been picked up for about 8 weeks, the dumpster was becoming a health hazard, and they were billed for July with no service. A customer selling a house said a dumpster they had asked to have removed was still there with closing only a couple hours away, and was moved only after threats. A customer who asked for a full dumpster to be picked up on April 21 said it was not collected until May 4 and they were charged for extra weight they blamed on the delay.
