A recent customer said the company got rid of box elder bugs at their place of business. A 2025 customer said Michelle called back 15 minutes after a morning message about a wasp infestation in their dining room ceiling, came right over and did not try to upsell a monthly service. A 2024 customer said Michelle solved a mouse problem two other companies could not, evaluating the basement, the exterior and the attic before sealing and fixing the issues. A 2023 customer said Michelle identified a raccoon in their porch roof as a mother raccoon and advised waiting her out until her kits could leave with her.
