A 2026 customer said Tyler showed up as scheduled, identified and sealed likely mouse entry points, and that no varmint had shown up since. A 2025 customer said carpenter ants had turned the house into a satellite nest across all three levels; after a few years of preventative treatments every spring, that customer had not seen ants in the home since. In that 2025 review, Tyler was described as considerate of the customer's pets and careful about where he sprayed. A 2025 customer with a bee allergy in the house said they came by the following day, then were back the next day to take care of an in-ground nest once the customer found it. A 2025 reviewer said they were first given information on fixing the issue without a visit, paid the $60 fee for a look anyway, and that Brett got them scheduled for the right time of year. A 2022 customer found a hornet nest in a hotel's crawl space while a few companies, Millers initially included, were booking four to six weeks out; the owner happened to be working in that town that day and showed up an hour or two later. A 2022 customer said a tech arrived for a bed bug inspection within half an hour of the call, the treatment came the next day after a cancellation opened up, and a follow-up visit a couple of weeks later was included in the cost. That 2022 customer called the treatment a little pricey. A 2023 customer was quoted $250 for a product they were told would last the season, with a free return if it did not. When it did not last, that customer said the company would only uphold the product's 60-day guarantee, citing all the rain, and offered to come back at a cheaper rate. The folks at Miller Pest Control were the best! Tyler showed up as scheduled and identified and sealed up likely mouse entry points. We haven’t seen another varmint since! Great and accommodating service. Highly recommended.
We have a new house with a few pest issues. Upon my initial contact, I was called and given great information where I could have fixed the issue without incurring any visit. I had them come out to take a look anyway for the $60 fee just to absolutely know. Brett gave us valuable information, had suggestions and got us scheduled for the right time of year. They do not push applications at all, unless necessary. I highly recommend them.
