That is the through-line: custom homes, whole-house remodels and land development out of Marlborough, with Houzz putting a typical job somewhere between $100,000 and a million dollars. The company calls itself family-run and says it has been at it for over 20 years in Central Massachusetts. By its own account owner Matt started in the trade painting houses in high school; his partner Erin, a realtor, works the investment-value side of each property. Houzz lists sixteen towns it covers, a MetroWest and Worcester County band running from Acton and Sudbury out to Grafton and Boylston. What is missing is customer testimony. Its Houzz page carries no reviews at all and a single posted project, a build called Gates Pond. So this is a builder to evaluate the old-fashioned way.
