Griesbach Inspections, LLC

Paul is an absolute pro. I engaged him to inspect what will likely become my first home purchase and would use him again in an instant. A list of things I liked: - very thorough in his survey, quick to get on a ladder or head into crawl spaces as appropriate to identify issues - broad and deep specific knowledge across areas of the inspection's scope - great combination of code enforcement experience and pragmatism; I felt like I not only walked away with a comprehensive list of the issues, but also a good understanding of prioritization - what was critical to address now, what could wait until later, and what could just be left alone. - welcoming personality, happy to answer my questions during and after the inspection. - fair price that I felt was commensurate with the great quality of his services and the strong reassurance that came with all of the above.

Paul and Leon came highly recommended and the inspection definitely lived up to their reputation. They were extremely thorough and explained everything while doing the inspection, and answered any questions that we had. The final report was detailed and included a lot of photos, and was very informative. They are also very nice and were great to work with.
