Grit and Grime Wash Co

We did a pretty exhaustive search of power washing services in the area and selected Grit and Grime Wash. They walked around our house, taking notes of areas that required special attention, and answered all of our questions. When the day of the cleaning arrived, they were on-time and parked a very sophisticated "rig" alongside the road in front of our house. It contained multiple hose reels, engines, pumps, and huge tanks. Very impressive. All those hoses allowed them to set-up on the street, so we didn't have to relocate our cars nor were we boxed-in. They first watered-down all of the shrubbery and the plants just emerging from the soil. I was told this was to protect them, and it did. Then they applied a cleaner, which started to work right away as it coated the house. They even did the same to the fireplace chimney, gutters, and concrete steps/porch. When they rinsed the house, years of mold, mildew, lichen, and stains simply washed away. Not a dirty spot was left untouched and our home looks brand new. I'd recommend Grit and Grime to anyone as we're 100% satisfied with their professionalism, care, and quality of service. As a side note, we've also hired Grit and Grime to deliver and spread mulch around our trees and in our flowerbeds. We'll use their services whenever we have a need. Truly a top-tier organization.

Did a great job. There was a problem spot which was not really that noticeable. I told Patrick and he got took care of it. They will be my choice next time. Katherine Christie

I am Diane Bardorf's husband and this review pertains to the work that Patrick O'Connor and his assistant did on her home in the Mews at Bedford on April 24th: We originally opted to have the outside of her windows washed. On the 23rd of April Patrick"s company completed our neighbor's home . We were so impressed with the work on that home , which included some additional work on the gutters and fence bordering their property, that we asked Patrick to do the same for Diane's home. We soon found out that Patrick's company also cleaned awnings. We have a large electric powered awning that comes down over our patio which had only been spot cleaned over the last few years. The result was that after Patrick and his Assistant had completed the work we thought the home had not looked so good since the day Diane moved into it after it's construction !! They did a terrific job on all aspects of their cleaning process. After a lot of scrubbing of mold and grime that they performed they hand dried the surface of all the windows and their frames and fencing. In addition the awning looked terrific. We cannot say enough good things about their work. These young men are hard working and know exactly what it takes to give ultimate satisfaction in their work for the homeowner. We heartily recommend their service to any and all who have a cleaning need. We rate them at 5 stars "plus" and plan to use their services as needed in the future.

Thank you for making the outside of my house sparkle again! We had discoloration/dirt build up from the weather over the years. Patrick came out, gave us a quote, took his time to explain the process and answer my questions. We couldn't be happier and will definitely return for future needs. Thank you Patrick for your knowledge and professionalism.

Grit and Grime is awesome. Patrick is incredibly professional and the work shows that. I didn’t get a chance to clean the siding last year and it looked disgusting. As you can tell in the before and after, he knocked it out of the park! Would highly recommend!!
