Dirt Away's website lists its services as air duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, Oriental rug cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout, bio hazard cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, floor waxing and stripping, and water removal and extraction. A recent customer whose new dryer was not working, with a flow sense indicator light on, says Jefry and Caleb came the same day they called, cleaned the dryer vents, pulled out a lot of lint and found the clog. Another recent customer, who had moved into an older house that desperately needed its heating vents cleaned, calls Jefry and Caleb punctual, courteous and extremely thorough. A third recent customer, whose off-white carpets held 2 years of grime from 4 kids and a dog, says Jefry left the carpets looking brand new. In a 2026 review, a first-time customer who had Dirt Away clean the dryer vents said they showed up in the window of time scheduled and went over the before and after assessments. That 2026 reviewer also said clothes now come out dry when the cycle is done without needing longer times. In a 2025 review, a facilities manager said Dirt Away did a rush job waxing new VCT tile on a bathroom renovation at a manufacturing facility, then came back to strip and wax a cafeteria floor almost 30 years old. That 2025 reviewer said the stripping and waxing brought the old tile back to life.
