If you like to be jerked around, wait months for the job to be finished, people to not show up when they said they would, things to be broken or ruined in your basement with no compensation, continuously call about things that did not get done, still get water in your basement and talk to people who are totally clueless about the job, then go ahead, use them. Customer service was great on the phone, but nothing got resolved until they had time to send a "guy", which was anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks. They would give you a date that they were going to come, but no one would show up. This happened many, many times. But I would recommend you find someone else.

It is now the MIDDLE OF JULY and our basement STILL LEAKS. We had three more leaks just this past weekend with water pooling on our brand new concrete floor. Nearly three months and counting.
