In an August 2023 review, a customer said Duane quoted repairs on their 3 garage doors, then replaced all 3 doors and the openers in one day, and saved them money on parts that were not needed. A May 2019 customer said the team traced a problem to an incorrect spring size from an earlier repair, installed the correct spring, adjusted the frame and mounts, checked the cable tension and had the door running again in less than 45 minutes. An August 2018 customer said the new doors Duane installed open smoothly and are almost silent. An April 2024 Angi reviewer called it a dangerous incorrect install, said lights and locks that came with their new openers were not installed or provided, and said they are paying another installer to reinstall the door. In a February 2017 review, a customer said they had to wait for parts and Duane did not contact them proactively about the delay.
Dangerous incorrect install. Have also learned that lights and locks came with my new openers but we're not installed nor provided. Paying another reputable installer to reinstall the door.
Duane from GT Garage Doors surveyed my garage doors for repair. He quoted me the cost of repairs for my 3 garage doors and replaced all 3 doors and garage door openers. The time of the job completion was in one day while I was there and even was able to save me some money for parts that were not needed for replacement. He is very honest and excellent in the replacement. A must hire! I would hire him again on any future job. Thank you Duane!
I called Duane on a Monday after my daughter drove through the garage door and destroyed most of the door. They came out that morning to access and it was fixed within 24 hours. Even though they were already booked this week I had indicated we were heading out on vacation for 9 days on Sat and somehow they fit us in. The service was absolutely fantastic from Zach and his crew, complete professionalism! I would absolutely recommend JT Overhead to all of my friends and family! Thank you Duane & Zach!
