The unblocked a clogged sewer line in my house. They did the job well, no issues there. They're getting two stars for their poor follow up service. I have a plumbing repair plan through American Water Works, that's how I was referred to this company. AWW was supposed to reimburse me for the work performed by GT Plumbing. In order to get reimbursed, GT Plumbing had to provide a proper receipt showing that I had paid for the work and they did not do that, they provided a paper showing how much it would cost to do the work but did not put that it was paid and as a result, AWW won't reimburse me the $375. I called GT Plumbing repeatedly to get a proper receipt but they do not pick up the phone. I believe this is because I left a message stating why I was calling and they don't care to help since it's not going to make them any money and they will have to spend a few minutes making a new receipt.

What a great company. I’ve had the pleasure of working with several of their techs. They are all very skilled and knowledgeable. I couldn’t imagine ever calling anyone else. I can’t recommend them more highly.
