What the record actually shows is a landscape and site-work contractor rather than a household remodeler. BBB lists landscape maintenance, installation and construction, snow removal, irrigation systems and hydroseeding; Procore tags the same company with Earthwork, Landscaping and Plumbing. The jobs that made the news are municipal and developer-side: the Lowell Sun reported in January 2023 that MassDOT and the Tyngsborough Select Board let the company keep excavating and repaving a road shoulder through the winter to install a new water main, and a 2015 report described it as a city snowplow contractor for the Charlestown area. Customer signal is thin and it leans negative. Google publishes a 2.5-star average from 10 ratings, and only two bodies are retrievable: a November 2025 one-star account of work on Central Avenue in Everett that left a building's water shut off without notice and traffic running the wrong way down three one-way streets with no police detail, which the writer called very poorly managed, and a 2021 four-star entry that is a two-word fragment with nothing in it. BBB has not issued a rating at all, saying it lacks sufficient information, and the profile carries no accreditation, no reviews and no licence claims. Before hiring, ask how a crew handles resident notification, traffic control and police details on street-facing work, since that is exactly what the 2025 complaint turned on, and ask for recent residential references — most of what the evidence documents is municipal and developer work. Local coverage from 2017 through 2019 credited Greg Antonelli and the company with turkey donations in Everett and the North End, which speaks to community presence rather than workmanship. If you need landscape maintenance, irrigation or hydroseeding from an established Everett firm, this is a plausible call; confirm current licensing and insurance with the state and get the disruption plan in writing.
